How many days can I get my order?It's 30 days in total, from the day you place your order.

What customization/personalization can I do?Almost anything you can imagine. Add a logo, two logos, or 10 logos? No problem at all. Want to use your own font(s)? Of course. How about change the shirt/shorts colors to my preferred colors? Easy. Having a team of 5, 10, or more? No problem. We will personalize each top/bottom with the name/number of each member, or with anything you want us to do. To ensure a pleasant ordering experience, we do have an ordering form for you to tell us the customization/personalization you want us to do. The ordering form is in each product page or you can also download it here.

What fabrics do you use?We use different kinds of fabric for different kinds of sports. These are the fabrics that we use: CoolMax Plus 150 gsm Sturdy & Breathable 280 gsm. Super Lightweight 85 gsm.

What is your MOQ?2 (two). Yes, 2 (not 5, not 10...) There's a sample charge if you order 1 piece, and it's more than the charge for 2 pieces. So, get 2 instead.

Can you visualize how my tops/bottoms will look like before production?Yes, absolutely. We always do so to ensure customer satisfaction (and yes, to avoid mistakes and miscommunication). After receiving your order(s), we will make mockups to visualize how your graphics will look like on apparels (position and size) and visualize the color changes (and all other changes) that you have requested. Also, we will do artwork personalization (adding names and numbers and other details for each player) for your approval, too. Files we will send you via email for approval: 1. Mockups, and 2. Personalized artworks. We will get into production when and only when we've got your approval.

Tell me about sizing.We use international sizing standards. Moreover, and more importantly, our experienced pattern makers used to have many years of experience working for international sportswear brands such as Nike so we know what it takes to ensure a fantastic fit. Fantastic = You look great wearing the sportswear or the sportswear look great on you.

What payment methods do you accept?Payment can be made online using your credit cards. Our payment service provider is Stripe, so rest assured that your payment is secured. You can also make a direct deposit to the bank account of our company's director in Australia: Bank account holder: PHUONG BINH LE BSB: 064496 (Commonwealth Bank) Account number: 11595541 For bulk orders that you need us to sign a contract or establish a partnership agreement, please contact us for more details.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, definitely. As a sportswear factory, we have shipped our products around the world for athletes and sports enthusiasts of multiple kinds of sports.

Do you offer product return?We make personalized sportswear, meaning the items are made for particular clubs or people. That's why we don't accept product return or exchange. However, that does NOT mean we don't take responsibilities. If there's a problem with craftsmanship or printing quality, please provide details and photos via email to hi@dffsportswear.com We will examine and make a refund accordingly. Store credit is also available instead of a refund. Claims can only be made within 3 days of receipt of goods and the goods are unused, all labels and tags are intact.

Why don't you provide "Design your own" tool on your website?We did, but we took it off. We have realized that most of the customers do not want to do that tedious work so we have decided to expand our designer team to do the design work for you. Moreover, all of "Design your own" tools that run on a website cannot be as accurate as professional graphic design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. You can't accurately specify the width, height, or position of a logo, for instance. Just so you know, we use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw for graphic making and arrangement. That is to ensure that we do the customization/personalization exactly the way you want it to be. To specify your customization/personalization request, simply fill in the order form that you can download here or from any product detail page, and let us know whatever details, including design work, that you want us to do. We will send you mockups and artworks for your final approval. A lot less work for you, a lot less problem if a "design your own" tool is NOT used!

Do you offer express service?Although 30-day delivery is an express service already, we do offer express express service (expedited service we meant). Contact us directly if you need one to get a quote and to know how quickly we can turn around.

Color matching: Can you make us new uniforms that match the color of the shirt/shorts we currently have?Yes, of course. Color matching on fabric is a big challenge for many experienced graphic designer. Knowing that, we, at our factory, have developed a color matching process and equipped ourselves with advanced color measurement tools from X-Rite to do color matching with accuracy. We have done that color matching process for many years and delighted many customers. Send us your current uniform and let us do the color matching that will impress you.

We have never ordered from you. How can we know that you will ship the goods to us?Yes, we get that. It requires a bit of trust at the beginning. If you feel that you need to do a verification, how about a small order first? We can also have a special payment term for you. Contact us and let us know, and we will accommodate.
