HOW TO ORDER
We have been simplifying things so that you can have a smooth and hassle-free interaction with us. Here is how to order and customize/personalize DFF uniforms for your team:
1. On this website, choose products, designs, sizes, and quantities you need and add ALL to cart.
2. Place your order and make a payment. You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.
3. Download this form and then fill in and upload together with your graphics here. With the form, you can specify all of the customization/personalization you want, including changing each and every color, adding names and numbers, adding graphics etc.
4. Done.
After receiving your order, DFF Sportswear will, as per your instructions, adapt the colors and fonts, arrange logos, names, and numbers on mockups and artworks and send them to you for approval. If revision needed, we will make changes and send new adapted mockups and artworks back to you for re-approval. Once we have got your final approval, we start production right away and ship the goods to you.
For your information, each product photo is shown together with color chips (coded as A, B, C...). Those A, B, C..colors are the colors used on the displayed product. You absolutely can change these colors to your preferred ones by specifying your request in the form mentioned above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The shipping cost for countries other than Australia, New Zealand, and Japan is set at 0 AUD (The reason is that the shipping cost keeps changing for different countries). You can place an order and we will get back to you for the shipping cost after. We guarantee that we will get the best shipping cost for you. You can also check the shipping cost with us first before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
The diagram below visualizes how your order will be processed and the lead-time of each step. The total lead time is 30 days from the day you place your order. Order placement and artwork approval are done by you, the rest are done by us.
Of course you can go with the traditional way, in which you want to see how things look like before placing an order. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. E-mail us at hi@dffsportswear.com your graphics and requirements.
2. We will generate mockups for free and e-mail you for you to see how things look like within 24 hours.
3. Once you approve the final mockups, e-mail us your team roster using this form
4. We will generate an invoice accordingly and e-mail it to you for payment. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
5. Once we have received your payment, we will process and dispatch your order in 30 days. We will also follow the diagram above to process your order.
6. You will receive your order and be happy and win your game in style.
Sizing information: Please see our size charts here. We also offer sizing kits and stock samples of our uniforms if you would like to see and feel the overall quality as well as the look of our products. These samples can be ordered online here.
Customized uniform sample: If you want order your own customized uniform sample, we will apply a 50% refund for the cost of the sample towards your next invoice when you place the whole order. (7-10 day turnaround time)
